Our product line includes specialized Chip Breakers designed specifically for challenging materials, such as Inconel, Stainless, 13 Chrome, P550, 4145, and others. These Chip Breakers have been extensively tested and proven to perform exceptionally well in difficult-to-cut materials.

3: Sandvik-style Drill

This Drill features a direct fit indexable tool designed with inserts that fit directly into its drill pocket, eliminating the need for cartridges. This style of drill is preferred by many customers for drilling smaller diameters, as it allows for more efficient chip evacuation. The inserts can also be used interchangeably with the Corodrill 800 Sandvik-style Indexable, which is still widely utilized. The tool is available for both Single Tube and Double Tube Systems, with the option of our style or Sandvik-style guide pads. It is offered in sizes ranging from 0.984" dia to 2.559" dia.
